XO Scheduler was founded by people who spent decades in aviation training and saw how much time and capacity were lost to manual planning.
Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in training planning and scheduling, we set out to bring mathematical optimisation into the daily work of training teams.
Today XO Scheduler is a UK-based company building one system for aviation training: scheduling, curricula, grading and training records.
